LMS Rebuilt Royal Scot Class 4-6-0 No. 46100 ‘Royal Scot’ was in charge of the The Railway Touring Company’s ‘The Royal Duchy’ from Taunton to Par and as far as Exeter St. Davids (where it ran out of coal!) on the return.

The first train on the Moorswater branch (beyond Coombe Junction Halt) since Pathfinder’s tour on Sunday 10 February 2013 sees Network Rail Windhoff MPVs DR98958 & DR98908 approaching Moorswater Viaduct with the 2135 St Blazey L I P to St Blazey L I P weed killing train. Just about the best chance of seeing a freight train on the main line in Cornwall at the moment is the 6C53 14:50 St Blazey to Exeter Riverside on a Thursday.
